Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

NeuroBright Diagnostics, LLC ("NeuroBright," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through neurobrightdx.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Please do not send patient health information through this Site. The contact form and quick intake chat are for practices and providers asking about our services. Do not include patient names, diagnoses, test results or other protected health information in them. Clinical records and studies are handled separately, under our HIPAA obligations and our agreements with partner practices.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the contact form or the quick intake chat, you may provide your name, practice or institution, clinical specialty, phone number, email address, the services you are interested in, and any message you choose to write.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use this only to keep the Site running, secure and working properly.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How we share information

We share information only when needed to run our business and the Site:

4. Cookies and third-party content

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. To display the Site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and an animation library from the cdnjs content delivery network. When it does, those services receive your IP address and basic browser information, as with any website that uses them. Our footer also links to our Instagram page, which is governed by Instagram's own privacy policy.

5. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship with you, and as required by law. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. Email or call us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Some information we are required by law to keep.

8. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for healthcare professionals and practice staff. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Links to other sites

The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to read their policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
